  • Waitlist: your email address, if you join our waitlist.
  • Account: your name and email address, via our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Documents: files you upload and the content extracted from them.
  • Organisation: your organisation's name and team membership.
  • Technical: logs and error data needed to operate and secure the Services.

3. How we use your information

To provide and maintain the Services, authenticate you, store and process your documents, operate the waitlist, and keep the Services secure and reliable.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data under UK GDPR on the bases of contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services), and consent (for the waitlist).

5. Who we share data with

We use trusted sub-processors who act on our instructions: Clerk (authentication and waitlist), Cloudflare (hosting and document storage), Sentry (error tracking), and Grafana Cloud (logs and traces). We do not sell your personal data.

6. Where your data is stored

Data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies set by our authentication provider (Clerk) for sign-in and session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
