Klause is a product of Normtech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17105378), registered address Castle House, Silver Street, Wethersfield, Essex, CM7 4BP ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Klause website or application ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
4. Accounts
Account sign-in is provided through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, or disrupting the Services.
6. Your content and documents
You retain all rights to documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you and your organisation.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Normtech Ltd. These Terms grant you no right to our trademarks or logos.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (including Clerk and Cloudflare). Your use may be subject to their terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
